Studio Manager - Alejandro S.
Alejandro is the Studio Manager who works with the clinical & operations team to help provide quality of care to all of our patients. Alejandro believes that all patients should have great access to quality of care.
Alejandro has experience in all facets of dentistry from small family owned practices to corporate giants. Tech forward startups such as Henry The Dentist which consisted of bringing quality of care to your board room. Managing over 34 clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn and other urban areas. His passion for dentistry started over 7 years ago. Since then he continues to coach and build successful teams. Reimagining the dental experience for both the client and his team! Providing Leadership skills that value collaboration and an inclusive dental work environment. Alejandro believes in hard work and infusing great work culture into his environment. A drive for constant professional development & growth.
Alejandro is a part of the AADOM council, is certified with the scheduling Institute & is 5x calling certified on relationship etiquette.
Alejandro holds an Associate degree in design from Nassau College.

Care Team - Christine M.
Christine has been in the dental industry for 20+ years and enjoys the relationships she has developed with the patients over the years. Christine is the first person you see when visiting our office, cheerfully greeting the patients. She is also responsible for keeping patient charts, scheduling and confirming appointments, assisting patients with forms and payments, as well as verifying insurance, submitting claims, securing preauthorization for treatment just to mention a few.
Christine is a native Long Islander, growing up and currently still residing in Lindenhurst. She has two grown sons and just recently re-married this past Spring. Her happy place is spending time at the lake in her summer home in Pennsylvania.

kerri E.
Kerri has been practicing Dental Hygiene for over 20 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, learned from the various dental settings she has practiced in over the years. Kerri is very excited to be back with Dr. Jennifer Rubin-Frisch. They worked together over 15 years ago along with Marlene our Dental Assistant.
The Dream Team is being created! Kerri is very passionate about creating the Ultimate Dental Experience. She has been called the "Chicken Whisperer" many many times over the years. Kerri is an expert at putting even the most nervous patients at ease. Her personality is genuine and you will feel her passion for not only your oral health ,but also your overall well-being. Believe it or not you will have an actual good time in her dental chair. There is always laughing coming from her operatory. She manages to provide expert Dental Care in a Fun and Caring environment.
One of Kerri's specialties is non-surgical Periodontal Therapy. Her passion for preventative treatment is felt through her communication style. She is a master at communicating to her patients their Dental needs in a Kind and Empathetic way. Come Join our Dental Family. Kerri is a Registered Dental Hygienist with an Associate Degree. Licensed in Nitrous Oxide and Local Anesthesia. CPR certified. Continuing Education is a top priority to keep current on changing dental needs.
